Didn't they do that last year? I looked at thursdays auctions last night, but didn't see anything special. Maybe it really is some kind of news?

 

did they auction off a vert already? how anxious is that guy that wond the first production vert? id be going nuts waiting over a year for it.
maybe their auctioning off one of the bumblebees?

All I know about BJ this year was that I had the opportunity to sit in the vert that they had on the floor. I LOVE IT!!!!!! Totally different feel to the car and I don't get why. I might even be able to live with the dash now. This car is going to sell like hot cakes. It OWNS the 'stang! Great job Chevy!

The only thing I can think of is that they will be auctioning off the first higher level camaro later this year at another Barrett-jackson event. The news may be which event.
If this was the case, they could have one at that future event, or at least a concept. This may give us a rough time line as well. But of course that's all just an idea.

 

I think we will see a 2011 Camaro convertible Indy 500 Pace Car for auction.
