Of THESE three engine options, which would you pick?

Re: Of THESE three engine options, which would you pick?
I can't answer this because the specific output of the engine doesn't matter as much as thre rest of the package it comes in.
What i mean is, if the 400+ hp engine is only available with a kidney busting suspension then i would just as soon buy a a sleeper 5.3L car and mod that to suit my needs.
If both engines are available with sporting but not road race ready suspensions though, then i'll probably get the big'un
Same if there are gaudy body kits or any other BS associated with the higher output engine.

IMO a sub 400HP Camaro cannot sell in todays market. Ford will meet or exceed a 300HP or so Camaro, it will be less expensive, and people will be more willing to buy the Ford because it is more reputable. The GTO factor also comes in, why buy a sub-par machine for speed when the GTO has been out?

Checking back on this every so often since it's start, it seems funny to me that the choice for 400+ hp has stayed right around 85 or 86 percent all this time! Really strange. I'm still surprised that even here at this enthusiast's site that so many people would make this choice. Show's what 'I' know!

Only 1 woman responded. Just goes to show, Camaro is a guy's car.... or more correctly, this site attracts mainly male enthusiasts. Maybe Camaro will attract more buyers of the female persuasion after it debuts? I know I saw some females driving Mustangs last time I was there albeit the 6 cyl version.

I work with a woman who's in her 60's and has an older (80's style) Mustang convertible, as well as a 1999 Mustang GT Convertible that was obviously owned by a young guy who modified it at least a little and has a slightly ricey rear spoiler and clear corner lamps...
The Assistant Administrator at my prison has a previous model Mustang Convertible (V6 I believe), and another young woman I work with had a 2000 Mustang (V6) up until just under a year ago when she got pregnant and realized the Mustang wasn't gonna cut it with a newborn anymore so traded it for a 2005 Maxima (Luckily her brother has more taste than her and has, or at least had, a 4th Gen Z28).
I've always seen as many females driving Mustangs as males in my area. Mustang has always struck me as more of a '*itch car' than a Camaro or Firebird. LOL No offense to anyone meant. It's a running joke at work between myself and an officer as to who's car is the biggest '*itch car'. He even admits his is worse than my Aveo since it's a Mecury Capri. LOL Though he makes up for it since he also has a big truck....
