You said in the previous picture that it looked pretty damn close to you. I was merely illustrating that the exact same two cars taken at the exact same time at a different angle look different. The nose to nose shot definitely illustrates the visible difference between colors more than the side to side.

I wouldn't actually call Torch Red just "red." When the 2000 Impala came out my dad had a lot of customers who were interested in red, but didn't want Torch Red because it wasn't "red."

I suppose Carousel Red (Hugger Orange) and Cardinal Red (Cranberry Red) are "just red" also, then.

The point is, to someone who IS looking for a certain shade of red, it's not just freakin red, people have preferences. Some would get torch but not victory, some would get victory but not torch. Maybe you wouldn't care, but that's you. The question was, is Camaros red going to change this year, and I got my answer .

they did look different from the side angle when they were together. as far as the other 2 colors you said, i have never seen them but they sound like they are made with base red and thats where the name comes from. but the finished product is more of an orange and maroon. which most dark colors have a tint of red in them anyways. remember mixing paints when you were a kid. it all starts with red blue yellow...blah blah blah

Well yeah, they're both red... so they're going to be close. But it's still easy to tell that they're different, which means that to some people, it's going to matter.

I didn't say it was pretty but its the one Camaro5.com is expecting per some factory workers.
