LOL.

Or we could skip the name all together and go back to...

"Introducing the newest muscle car from Chevrolet...*VROOM* better bring an extra pair of shorts".

I hope you can see that I like to antagonize people. I really do respect everyone's opinion. Even when they are wrong like EllwynX
HaHa I actually haven't seen one shred of evidence that you've proven me wrong.

I on the other hand have quoted the dictionary, rules of English AND offered a personal recording to prove my argument.

Oh, and a couple years ago I had a Canadian friend say 'Camaro' as it would be in French. And she said it the same as me, only she kinda rolled her tongue on the R. Further proof. hehe We Americanized it by removing the tongue roll that's it.

I just realized something, I have a friend that lives in Ventura, CA. I remember her saying it the same strange way you do. It must be a West Coast thing. It's ok, I still love CA. Liberal Democrat State. My kinda place.

I tell ya, everyone needs to call the podcast line and say the word, "Camaro" and say where they're from so we can hear how many different versions are out there.

that would be funny. I think the only stipulation should be they have to leave their screen name so we can all tease them.

"Little girls love ponies, men ride horses" on the poster with a front shot of the Camaro and whatever the top-dog HP rating is in big bold letters.

With all the pronounciations of the word, Camaro, maybe it all comes down to a tomayto/tomahto thing.

What American accent do you have?
