The Corvair fastback C1 and Nomad C1 Vettes from the 50 were lost. They are most likley been done away with but no one really knows. Many still hope they may turn up in a long sealed garage some where. well you can always dream.

As for the original Motorama Vette from I believe 1952 it is still around and has been restored by a large Vette dealer in New Jersey. It really is the first Vette and still bears GM's mark as a prototype.

GM still gets rid of some of the cars yet today but many are not that important. They just can't keep everrything and can't sell due to liability and lawyers. It's a shame!
