Who Built Your LS7
Hi all!
Just to let you know, in case it wasn't already out there, the LS7 that powers the Z28 is the same engine that was hand built for the 2006-2013 Z06 Corvette and like the Z06, it is still being hand built. GM moved the Performance Build Center from Wixom, Mi. last year & we are now building the LS7 in Bowling Green, Ky. at the BG Corvette plant. 2 of us from Wixom moved to BG and are training the new builders to the high standards established at the PBC in Mi. We are looking forward to reading your posts when you lift the RH cover to discover who built your engine.
Enjoy your Z28!
Barry

Re: Who Built Your LS7
Oh, now that is cool. Just like the one of the last 3rd gen Camaros that rolled off the assembly plant, the gas tank shield was signed by everyone on the assembly line if I recall correctly.
Can't wait to see some of the first pics of the Camaro LS7 with the RH cover off.
Keep up the great work, you all are kicking ***!!
