Of course just the dual horrizontal grill of the mule with production headlights. ditch the nonfunctional mail slot to the V6 look but keep the cool full length SS front spoiler.

Mail slot doesn't bother me.
But then I have a Smokey and the Bandit TA so a bunch of gaudy scoops appeal to me.

I'd really like to see a billet grille on this car...

i don't understand the hate for the mail slot b/c it is non-functional. i'm usually that way if a car has a big scoop on it and it's a stock v6 or something, but the slot is seems pretty low key to me and it does differentiate the car. if it has to be functional for you to enjoy it, just call it a hood-latch cooling unit and enjoy

On a black car, the Mail Slot doesn't bother me as much. Having said that, for the SS I would prefer an SS only grille (perhaps just one horizontal bar & no vertical bars) to the tepid looking, as well as non functional, mail slot.

I don't get what fuss is either. I hate all these new retro cars with great wall of china front ends that just go from pavement to sky with nothing breaking them up. The lower section could use some more aggressive swoops and scoops to break it up too in addition to the mail slot.

I'd like to see the slot gone and the preproduction grill myself.

I'm hoping the pre-pro grille is a dealer accessory or an available option. It looks much better than what I've seen thus far on the Camaros that GM has unveiled already.

The mail slot is OK but it would be nicer if it was functional.

If I had my way I'd take the V6 Camaro nose with the horizonal grilles on the SS and leave what we think the SS nose with mail slot off. I like the concept nose better than what we've seen on the SS Camaros.
