Re: Any 5th gen free mods?
installed my air scoop saturday.... not too bad. wish i had a better cutoff tool. i used a box cutter...... and the 6mm bolt that was supplied, was a 10mm....other than that...everything went smoothly. my washerfluid resevoir was completely full. weighed alot. and surprisingly, you can notice it when its out. not sure why or how,...but i did.

Except for the #5 and #20 fuse-pull for the SS, to reset the fuel map if you haven't done so already.
If you didn't know about this one...cheap/regular gas used when the dealer fills up the car before delivery causes the car to adjust the fuel map. The programming in the ECM is only uni-directional. Once the fuel map has been adjusted for cheap gas, it can't reset if the octane goes back up. I burned through the first tank of 'dealer gas', filled up with premium, and then reset the ECM about 50 miles later. Nice difference!

I'm not sure how the newer Camaro's work for emissions but I'm sure theres plenty you can remove like any EVAP solenoids or EGR valves etc.
Also theres more than just adding power, im sure theres TONS you can remove to lighten up your car. Sound deadening under the carpet, rear speakers if you have any, spare tire, rear seats, etc. depends on your goal for you car. If it was my car I wouldnt even touch it. It has too much value and the more you mess with it the more the value drops.
But if you plan on keeping it forever, go ahead and start removing some useless crap but I would still keep it in storage in case you ever decide to sell it.
As far as the washer fluid...thats nuts you have a sensor...im stuck in the 90's still. Sounds annoying haha. Im sure you can trick the sensor or unplug it and delete it from the computer somehow.
