Thumbs up I don't think wheel hop will be a huge issue...

Yesterday I had the pleasure of driving Pete Basica's (from Pedders) Procharged G8.

Well...read the title.

Didn't have a lot of time or much room to play and couldn't get it up to a high speed, but I did stomp on it a bit. Just a little...not my car and I didn't want to trounce it. How the boost came up fast, and there were no heavy shudder like some know all too well.

Just driving it, only had a parking lot distance at the time and not much time to play with it. Long story.

Never give someone you do not trust keys to your car.

The mechanics of how this works are presently a nice, little GM engineering secret, but it's safe to say that the development that took place on the ZR-1 has been adapted to the Camaro project and will be introduced when the car is launched.

So is power hop on Camaro a thing of the past? That's the plan!
I had the pleasure of riding in the Pete's Pedderized G8 as well. We didn't test the off the line performance, but the spirited lane changes were very impressive
