1986 iroc z28 cooling fan relay prob
Ok I was just wondering if someone could help me rewire my 1986 iroc-z28. I had some goober work on my car which was supposed to be a mechanic and he gutted out my old cooling fan relay and put a toyota one in instead for some reason and its not working right. So i I went online and bought a new relay for it...only thing is i dont know which color wire goes where on the relay...so if anyone has a 1986 iroc z28 or just someone that could tell me where to get the info...id appreciate it alot...cause my Z is just sitting there
thanks, Chris

Depending on your engine (tpi or carb) looks like either
TPI
black/red
green/white
brown
orange
Carb
black/red
brown/white
dark green
red
That's to the primary fan. Hope that was what you were looking for!

Wire colors are also good for '88 TPI.
WIRE COLOR ------------------ RELAY PIN ---------------- TO
Black/Red --------------------------- "A" ---------------- Primary Fan.
Green/White ------------------------ "F"- ----------------- ECM.
Brown ------------------------------ "D" ---------------- Fuse Box.
Orange ----------------------------- "E" ------------- Hot At All Times Fuse Near the Battery.
