with a stock 350 w/ 2.73's you can pull about a 14.5 or higher

u need a chip for a 350 because the chips for 305 and 350 are driffent and the injerters are not the same. the 350 has bigger ones than the 305.

My 89 iroc ran 14.3 bone stock at the track on street tires with the 2.77 BW rear and 700R4. Mild shift improver, but nothing crazy to a rebuilt trans. Motor has 45k on it..... I could see a 13.9 with good tires and a properly tuned motor out of a stocker. Its been done

That's pretty good times Stanghunter. I took my 92 Z (350 TPI) to the track not too long ago for the first time and ran 14.34 @ 95 on the first run with worn out firesone radials and I could not leave on anything above idle. I feel sure with some drag radials and burnout I would be solidly in the 13's, but I want to skip that and go straight to the 12's. Oh, my car is stock (32000 miles) with exception of SLP runners and modified airbox.

I only have the 305 19lb injectors, so I am thinking about getting 24lb injectors and a Jet performance chip for a 350 auto, is 89.95 a good price for one?
thanks everyone!!

MY 87 GTA WITH A L-98 350TPI AND A 3.23 GEAR'S RAN A 16.24@86MPH.
THEN IT GOT A STRAIGHT PIPED EXHAUST AND CONE FILTER THEN IT DID A 16.11@88.9MPH.
BUT MY CAR HAS 120,000MILES ON IT.
WITH ONLY A SUPOSED 4,500 MILES ON THE ENGINE.LOL
IF IT WAS REBUILT THEN SOMTHING WENT WRONG.

But weve been over this a couple times mikey your car is ****ed. I dont know why you dont understand that and when someone is asking for info please dont compare your car to theirs because yours is ****ed. You are slow for a 305.

when you swapped over to the 350, what cam was used? Those SD systems can get a little funny with an odd cam without prom tuning.

you did mean "I" and not "U" right?

89.99 is alot for one injector.I belivee you can get them for less from jegs or summit as a set of eight.Your car is speed den. not maf right.Computer tune is in store.Maf is more forgiving then speed den.Did you go with a stock l98 or do you have different heads and cam.If everything is stock ,motor, trans, rear, and you only hav the mods listed you should get low 14's high 13's with a set bfg drags out back and shifting just over 5000.Make sure you ice the intake and set the timing at 10 leave just off idle 1200 rpms.Fuel pressure at48psi and disconnect your alt at the track(plug only)

Any way of getting the spec's on the cam? That will really help with a computer tune.
