383 Horsepower Estimates

Sorry, but i can only agree to a point, a "modified" tpi won't be far behind a MR at holding things back. (Key word "Modified")
AFR's main selling point was how they maintained velocity and increased airflow...right???
I've "beat this dead horse long enough", I've done the research, I stand behind my posts..
Make sure you're NOT standing behind someones elses opinions, or hearsay, get some numbers for yourself...
I'm still trying to figure out how a MR can blow up a motor tho..

I don't understand why a MR would blow up a motor either Anyway, since you're going at this from a budget stand point, you really should look into the stealth ram. Good results for a reasonable price. You can almost pick up the entire setup for the price of a set of SLP TPI runners.

tpi+afr 195's+****ty internals=350 hp?=probably okay motor
mini-ram+afr195's+****ty internals=450-500 hp?=blown up motor
As far as "hear say" no i dont have any hard numbers. As far as i know and everything ive read it is virtually impossible to get past the 12's with a tpi no matter how ported? I could be wrong but thats the best i have been able to establish. I would like to see a well ported tpi flow benched against a mini-ram and see which one flowed better and by how much.
