Bought a camaro

I am fairly new to Camaro's, but from what I understand it is a 83 Camaro Z28 with T-Tops and a brand new engine, I'll be sure to post pics later. It has a brand new 350 carb with 750cfm double pumper. I would like to know of any places online that sell aftermarket parts for this car. Also, is there a good shop in NJ where I can get sub-frame connectors welded in? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hey man, I too am in NJ.. whereabouts are you located. I am in the process of buying a camaro also with a new 350 in it.. so im just as curious as you about aftermarket parts. I have seen a lot of parts for cheap on ebay. What kind of stuff are you looking for? the first thing I wanna do is a nice loud exhasut. My friend has an 83 camaro with a 383 in it and he owns his own shop.. so I probably will be working on my car a lot there... if you are close, im sure he can hook u up with good prices. He knows camaros VERY well... let me know man... take care...

welcome to 3rd gens, dude. very good investment and there are TONS of aftermarket vendors out there. i've been a loyal jegs customer for years now. i highly recommend jegs, and BMR for suspension mods.

New 350? must have been swapped. excellent engine, man. congrats

I don't know about a shop in Jersey, but Spohn and Alston both make EXCELENT subframe connectors. You're doing the right thing by making this your first mod...you'll be amazed by the difference.

Look to www.spohn.net and www.top-downsolutions.com for great quality 3rd gen parts. Ebay is also a powerful tool (I've bought a ton of parts there,) but be careful....lots of people will try to sell you junk or rip you off on shipping.

Welcome to our world.
