With your new mods, you will have no problems with the stock Chip. Only if you change anything in the fuel delivery system.

I changed my intakes and then added headers. Each change made noticable improvement. When the chip came along there was a noticable difference in power and smoothness. This occured when I was driving past Decatur In and had LPE burn me a new chip
