some one please help me the only way I can start the car is if I just tap the positive termianal of the battery I got a new starter and battery it seems to be the posative battery cable I have electrical power but it won't start when I attach the cable to the battery.

Do use the period at the end of the sentence. It does make the reading easier.

I would consider that the positive cable could be bad. Tried replacing that yet? It can't be that expensive.
