I got a he** of a problem and I need help.

To make a long story short my brother has left me with the responsibility of fixing the overheating problem in a 91 RS 305.

The engine is bored .030 over, has 350 heads the stock 305 manifold, and stock TBI injection. It's most likely overheating due to the water passages not matching in the manifold, or the inacurate fuel trim due to the overbore. He bought a cheap 350 manifold, and handed it over to me and asked me to get it running relatively cheap The problem is that it is a 4 barrel manifold and the Throttle body is 2 barrel. Converting to carborator seems really expensive. What would you guys do. Is there any type of plate to make the throttle body fit. or maybe a 4 barrel throttle body

And if thats out of the question what exactly do I need to convert it to carb, where can I get parts cheap?
