Cold Start and Flooding Problem

Cold Start and Flooding Problem
Hi Guys,
I have a weird problem.
The car on startup fowls the plugs if I don't keep the rpm's up until she hits closed loop. If I loose the rpms on initial startup and go to fire her up on second try i can't do it.
If I hit closed loop on startup she idles and runs perfect,
Things I know.
Adjustable Fuel Pressure Reg and fuel pressure reg are new and working ...no gas in vacuum line, backed all out afpr.
injectors, car runs beautiful in closed loop and would be rich if were leaking by...so i eliminate this,
my guess is that i have a coolant sensor in open loop that is somehow having my injectors spit too much gas into cylinders.
Can anyone help me in looking at this area as my potential trouble spot. It is only when car is cold that i have this problem.
Chip is custom from fastchip.com, i got an e-mail into them also on this problem.
Scratching my head over this.....

Re: Cold Start and Flooding Problem
Did this problem start with the new chip? If so then they probably used the '89 code which does not use the cold-start injector, in which case it needs to be unplugged. Otherwise, I'd say the thermo/time switch for the cold-start injector is bad.

Thermo / Time switch? i have disabled my cold start injector and have this problem. So I don't see this as my problem. Can any1 confirm this? I am no expert!
I am trying the following,
1. changing idle air control sensor
2. changing engine coolant sensor
3. changing air intake sensor
Than i will restart car.
If i fail on startup again, i am going to a garage with a computer to start scanning my sensor readings.
The chip is new and the motor is changed, new cam, new injectors, 350 with 305 heads, etc.....
