you cant pry my third gen from me cold dead hands
my dream car and i have one!
never like the way a car looks on the road more than a black z28, im partial to the 82 to 84, but thats just me.
most ultimate street car - 87 iroc-z, sbc 434, th350, 12bolt, lots of spray...still with stock paint, interior, and stock wheels. gotta love iroc wheels!
ls1 boys stand no chance in hell!
btw i like ls1 camaros alot, only thing i hear from every one of them is, i drive a burnout machine, or it hazes the tires at every speed.
mine hooks...later slowpokes
only thing that bugs me about, camaros is lack a refinement, but hey loud and fast is what im here for, refinement is my job.
one of my fav pics. note stock wheels off the ground

Thanks.
Right now that hood is semi-functional, as it brings in air from the nostrils to both battery tray areas, so it drops cold air right onto my filter (and keeps my battery cool. ).
I do have the ram air box setup, but I haven't had a chance to mount it, then I will have to cut out the back of the hood right behind the nostrils to bring the air straight back.

Hi all,
Proud '89 IROC owner here! I'm in Norcal. I drive my car on weekends and lately I've been getting more and more waves, thumbs ups and offers to buy the car! (not happening!) Yesterday I was out on the freeway and a woman who was a passenger in an SUV that was in the next lane was photographing me! I think our cars are starting to be true classics!

I went from 2.77 to 3.27 and it was a really nice switch IMO. Not extreme, but definitely noticeable. I wouldn't go any higher, I still got decent mileage with the 3.27's. We'll see what the new setup gets MPG wise when she's back on the road.

I'm here. 1991 Z with the L98 that has a new bottom end rebuild. Looking to replace the heads now and beef up the tranny with a nice 2800 stall. Then suspension, then paint, then interior.... But hey, I bought the car for $500 with a straight body, spent $120 for a tune-up and a fuel pump and I can now drive it daily
