Didnt know I was that fast

Ok I went racing on Saturday. My husband had just finished with my HSR system (yes there is some tinkling we have to do with it to get it tuned right) but I went racing & had fund doing it.

But I didnt know I could go as fast as my time slip says.

Heres what it reads
RT........ .114
60' .....2.147
330.... 6.244
1/8th.. 9.697
MPH ....71.03
1000..12.162
1/4.....15.162
MPH....367.78

Then 2 runs later
RT........ .227
60' .....2.069
330.... 6.206
1/8th.. 9.655
MPH ....70.87
1000..12.643
1/4.....15.134
MPH......18.78

The car is going in on Tuesday to get the headers & catback on so we are hoping this helps with the speed. lol

Judging by your 1/8 and 60' times you can probably net a 14.7 out of that car pretty easily.

The first time you cut a 1.9x 60' time you're gonna see some high to mid 14's. I'll bet you hit 92-95 mph.

Should be a pretty strong runner for an older Z with "relatively" few mods on it.

No not yet I havent had time to scan them in to my computer.Been running around trying to get my truck running. (water pump went out on my s-10 & now we have to go get a clutch fan assy, a water pump pully & a fan everything got stripped out on my truck so its got to be replaced new.)

My car was suppost to go to the shop today but its being held off until thursdays with hopes my truck is driveable again.

When I am running at this track I am at sea level & I never see a 3rd gen fbody run bone stock faster then a 14.9 a good traction car stock should get right about 2.1 or 2.0 in the 60' times thats what I was getting. But I was losing top end at this point in time. The car is NOT quite finished with the mods. Last year & the year before I was running between 14.7-14.9 with slight mods. Anyways right now I have a tire that keeps going low on me (lol thats why I want my truck fixed that way I can get my car in to the shop & the tire store & get the headers & new tires.

my Little LB9 went 14.9 with a 2.4 60 foot
went 14.1's and 2's with some driver education and a couple mods

i remember you posting on the GTAsourcepage a while ago...i was confused seeing how you went 14.60's with TPI and now low 15's with the HSR....reguarless of tuning it should be faster then that...

If the car is tuned to the point of wanting to stall out & not running right then she will run SLOWER then normal.

Stock 87 Iroc with 350 When tested tested at 14.86@91.56MPH back in 1986.

I am getting lots of air in the car but its still using the stock manifolds so I am not getting it out.

Not only that I am still using crappy injectors since my new ones will not be here until tomorrow.
