Are you talking about an 82 camaro? I had a pace car, and it was a dog. No matter what I did to it it was a DOG. Never heard of a 3rd gen in the 14s. Stock. Lt1s yeah

No we are talking about a 87 TPI 350 Iroc My other 3rd gen. lol

Well I drove her around the block today after my husband drove her home. (well to little league practice then home) Man she felt sweet & sang too. by the sounds of it & the feel of it 90% of the problems went away. Now lets see what a good timing will do & a full tune up.




One of the guys at the shop wanted my tips.

LT1 and LS1, my car ran a 14.9 with 3.73's installed. First run ever.

Tammy, might I suggest that you take the hoses from the valve covers to the upper plenum off and replace them with breathers on the valve covers, and plug the holes on the HSR. I had quite a lot of black sludge built up in the upper plenum and intake runners on the Stealth Ram when I took it off after only 1 summer/ 5000 miles put on it.

If you ask me, having oil or oil vapor residue sucked into the intake charge is not a good power making idea. I believe you'll see the same thing if you pull the intake off next year.

Everything is going to be plugged up. I am also going to shortenThis hose here & couple of the other hoses, Make a Medal housing then stick hoses on to it. (have to go take pics of my husbands car to really show ya what it will look like.) hes done it to his.
