Drilling into the intake manifold
WHen I was changing the thermostat (thanks go to Mark and Dean for their help , unfortunately one of the screws in the housing was so decayed it snapped while we were trying to get it out. THey said I'll ahve to take it to a shop to get it drilled out. How much will this set me back?

Well i just had pretty much the same problem but the owner before me(he was an IDIOT!) decided to try and drill the stud out and tap the hole but he broke the tap off and at an angel so i took the intake off and had a machine shop here drill the tap out(i think the have to use an edm machine on it) and put a helicoil in it for 100 bucks! But now thats ist my car it'll hopefully never happen again
