its something like you multiply hp and torque at the wheels by 1.1 to get flywheel horsepower. this is just a rough estimate as all engines are the same. so your would be:
282.92 hp
330.55 tq
i read it in this book that seemed fairly professional but again each car is different. i also saw some website that said something like X1.3 to get flywheel but that seems a little much to me. if anything i'll just ask my instructor in class tomorrow.

Standard rule of thumb is approx. 20% loss @ the rear wheels with an auto, and approx. 15% loss with a manual.
These will vary depending on which tranny, which gears, wheels, tires, brakes, etc.
Those numbers are just a good general starting point. The only way to get truly accurate fly wheel numbers is to pull the motor and put it on an engine dyno.....not worth it if you ask me.
