Electric/Wiring Experts needed, weird ACC fuse problem
So I finally found the cause of my blown ACC fuses: a dime in the cigarette lighter. I removed the dime and it fixed the blown fuses, but now a new problem has arrived: everytime I put a new fuse in, a weird popping or clunking sounds comes from under the hood. It's consistent like the tick of a watch, but louder. It doesnt matter if the car is running or not, or even if the key is in the ignition, it doesnt stop until the fuse is taken out. So I've just been running around with the fuse out. Anyone have any clue?? Ever heard of anything like this?? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Possibly a relay activating? Try and locate the tick....shouldn't be too hard with the car off. After that, try and make sure that the wire going to it isn't grounding out somewhere. If not, try replacing the relay.
