Finally some 1/4 times! Whatcha think?

Well I finally made it to a 1/4 mile track to see what all my work did for me. Before my best was 15.4 ...

Today was 14.23 at 97......good? That equates to more than what my car dyno'd at with 224.....so Im thinking I have more than that...you think? The charts say Im in the 245 range..does that sound right?

My 60's stayed consistent all day in the 2.0 range. How in the hell are you guys getting sub 2 sec 60's on street tires and stock verters? I wasnt spinning at all that I could tell...

My 1/8th times were even better than my best at the local track of 9.299

Whatcha think about my timeslip....anything I can do to cut some more off the times? Do you think runners? MSD box...what? Im open for some ideas....

thanks guys!

dial-in---14.234
R/T----------.645
60---------2.066
330--------5.935
1/8--------9.138
MPH-------78.40
1000-----11.915
1/4-------14.235
MPH-------97.19

check out my dial-in...I made it to the T but lost to the other guy cause of my crappy R/T......pro tree sucks!...That was all out foot to the floor on both runs.......was about a 30min time in between.

As far as guys getting sub 2.0s on street tires and stock convertors a set of subframe connectors would probbaly help. I definetely think your next two mods should be a convertor and SFC's. You should be easy into the 13s with those.

Nice!, I'm thinking HP is closer to 250ish.....
My 60's stayed consistent all day in the 2.0 range. How in the hell are you guys getting sub 2 sec 60's on street tires and stock verters? I wasnt spinning at all that I could tell...
Torque!.. around 350lbft to be more specific..
That and playing with the launch RPM's to get rid of any bog, but not smokin'em either..

Improvements:
Good valve springs
22-24lb injectors
HV Fuel pump
Good Ignition module(Accel, high dwell)
??

WOW! your thinking I got close to 250/HP and 350/TQ?

Is that what it takes to run what I ran? I think I should go get dyno'ed again and see....

I got 510 springs and MSD ignition/wires and everything else.
My fuel pressure was set at 38 with my 19lb injectors.

Get a set of 3.73's and your 60' times will probably drop to 1.9. Thats what I was running with my 305 and the motor was untouched. Just exhaust, gears, and MSD.
