I rebuilt mine with all Moog parts and Energy Suspension bushings, but companies like PST sell complete kits, although I have heard both good and bad on those kits...stuff like tie rod ends that weren't threaded. I HIGHLY recommend Moog...ball joints, tie rods, center link, idler arm, etc.

Spohn sells a complete kit and he uses all Moog stuff. I just pieced mine together from Summit Racing, he didn't offer the kit at the time I rebuilt my car. It really makes a difference.

I use all MOOG parts and PST Polygraphite bushings. Sorry but I was very unimpressed with PST's kit I could not get them to tell me who made their parts. All they could say was we use several different suppliers. Well I don't use grab bag parts on my car so PST was out as far as I was concerned. Those supposedly "quiet" graphite impregnated bushings, they aren't worth your time mine squeak like hell when cold. Also look at NAPA's Precision heavy duty brand balljoints and tie rod ends nice but they aren't cheap. You can't go wrong with Energy Suspension poly bushings nice kit. I've got a complete Energy Susp. kit I'll sell I think I paid about 125 bones for it. I'll let it go for a fair price I'll even ship it.

well the polygraphite I think PST manufacturers themselves, because they have some sort of patent on it, as far as their other stuff, it's probably moo/napa, it seems good quality though, at least better than stock, I'm sure moog is probably better quality, I'll have a critique on PSTS full front end rebuild in a week.

Well the guy did not quote NAPA he couldn't tell me what I was getting. In fact I believe NAPA only markets their brand Precision He did quote TRW (a cheap brand also made by Federal Mogul who makes MOOG, go figure) which has been claimed as too light for our cars. Personally I don't like doing work on my car for the hell of it when I could do it once and forget it for a couple of years so I want to be guaranteed what I'm using and of it's quality. Heck the factory stuff lasted 8-9 years so why not try to duplicate that. Yes MOOG, Precision is possibly better than stock TRW ???? I don't know.

Question what about tie rods

the moog tie rods are they one pc. like the hotchkis from what you guys say and the searching i've done i think i'm goona go with moog (what are they use for mat. is it rubber or poly.) what about using moog everything else but using the hotchkis tie rod ends with them is it bad to mix those parts.

Obviously, yes.

Just go with Moog/TRW. GM will run you more money.
