You'll need reprogramming. The 305 computer is NOT going to like the extra displaement. However, you could find a 350TBI truck in a junkyard and snag the computer, the knock sensor, and the larger throttlebody off it and probably be just fine. If you make any major changes while the engine is out (i.e. cam swap or head work) then you'll still need programming.
You NEED the 350 knock sensor. If you use the 305 sensor in the 350 there's a good chance it will pick up false readings and retard the living **** out of your timing.
