holley stealth intake

Post holley stealth intake

who has one and is it better than the big mouth intake from tpis? is the holley worth it because ive heard that you lose 30horses down low to gain 60 in the upper rpm range?let me know

yes and yes
TPiS Mini-Ram is also a very good intake, i would recommend this one to you..

I would go with the Stealth Ram. The Mini Ram is the same thing basically, but costs about 4x as much. There are a lot of guys bolting a Stealth Ram on a stock motor and gaining 60 horse ar a certain RPM. In fact... I plotted a graph of the stock TPI unit versus a Stealth Rammed L98. I'll post a link to it. The TPI was very flat and kind of dome shaped. The Stealth Ram is the one that just climbes and climbes past 5200.

EDIT: I should mention that this pic is blurry so... The TPI starts above the Stealth Ram for hp at 3200 but the SR soon overtakes it and climbes all the way to 5200 where they let out because the TPI was making nothing up there but the SR was still pulling. Just take a look.
