horn and cigarette lighter not working..fuse?

it's an 89 formula, 305 tpi speed. i suspect it's a fuse but the car has no owners manual so i don't know which one it might be. anyone have pics of a fusebox or any suggestions?

thanks iron... i'll try that. only thing that's a bit puzzling is the interior lights work fine, so i'm not sure if my setup is slightly different. i'll look into it anyway.

ok, i fugured it out: seems like the steering wheel was disassembled by the guy i just bought it from and the red wire that feeds into the hole on the wheel is disconnected. when i placed the wire back into the hole and the brass surface inside the wheel touched the wire, the horn worked. now all i have to figure out is how to get the wire and the brass surface inside the wheel to be permanantly bonded.

as for the cig lighter, i pulled it put and realized it was not connected to it's wire either. seems like i'll be ripping the console apart to straighten that out.

thanks for the suggestions.
