it has ~117k miles on the clock. 5speed, brand new paint. the saler wants $4000 for it.

do you guys think this is a good deal?

It looks to be in good shape, but I think 4k might be a little much for those kind of miles, but if you like it, get it.

step one. Get rid of the firebird steering wheel

With that kind of mileage you definately could do alot better price wise . I see higher mileage 89-91 Z's alot go for $3-$5K .

I agree, It seems a little high. I think you can do better.

I think you should keep looking. That car I bet won't run a 15.8 at the track. And it sure as hell isn't worth $4000. My 89 Iroc 350 TPI A4 was only $5000.
