I expected somwhere in the range of 120HP and 250TQ

Unhappy I expected somwhere in the range of 120HP and 250TQ

but I got this instead


Does anyone know what could cause such low numbers?

DOH! I forgot to mention that I got a stock 91 Camaro RS 305 TBI with a 120k miles on it...

I would say check your timing and replace your cap, rotor, coil, fuel filter, spark plugs and spark plug wires and then see what you dyno. Hopefully you just need a tune up.

Somthing doesnt seem right you are lacking about 50hp and tq check your plugs and wires make sure there ok.

You only ran it up to 3 grand. What did you expect?

It wouldn't go over 3800RPMs. I suspect that there's something restricting it from going atleast 4000RPMs or more. Since my catalytic converter, spark plugs, and fuel filter are faily new, I believe that it could be a messed up fuel pump. As for the rest of the ignition system they seem to be fine. The only other thing I can think of is the ECU or the timing. But I don't how or have way of checking either.
