I just installed dual 12" radiator fans on my car.
I had dual 10" Perma Cool fans but they didn't do enough cooling. They flow a fairly good 900 cfm each but it wasn't enough. They cost $59 each from Jegs. The problem with the 10" fans is that the fan blade is only 9" wide. My 12" fans were $65 each and I got them at Advance Auto Parts. Their fan blades are actually 11"s so I guess every fan company list their fan size as an inch bigger. It says they only flow 800 cfm but it seems to cool a little better than before. Dual 12's are pretty much the biggest fans you can put on a 3rd gen radiator. The radiator is about 31" wide but the cooling fins only cover about 27". You could mount bigger fans if you have a fan shroud the the fans are attached to but I don't have a shroud. I just pulled the radiator out of my car and used the nylon mounting ties that the fans came with. I have 2 on/off switches inside the car so I can turn either fan on or off whenever.

Tonight I put one of my old 10" fans in front of the radiator as a pusher. I wired it to an on/off switch inside the car also. My power steering cooler is in front of the radiator on the drivers side and the 10" fan is on the passengers side. It runs cooler than ever now and my alternator can keep up just fine with the 3 fans running all at once.
