Which Ignition Coil Should I Get?

Im not a genius on ignition systems and setups... but what it did for me is give me a MUCH better/smoother idle and quicker starts. Apparently the multiple sparks it delivers is what causes this?
Of course above a certain RPM range there isnt enough time anyway to have multiple sparks.
