in a jam with my ops as we speak

got a question here. i took my ops out its the ops right above the filter that threads into the block. now i the new ops wont thread in the old ops dosent look cross threaded. but niether ops will fit back in it just catches then wont thread no more ive gave it a little budge with a channel locks and it wont go in i didnt go to hard cause i dont want to cross thread it. does it sound like its already cross threaded. but how if i only took the old one out. any help would be gratl appreciated for i think my motor is done for good if i cant get it back in.

got to be stripped. does that mean new block

never the less im getting towed to a garage on monday

What is this "ops" you speak of and what does it do? What is this filter you are refering to?

oil pressure sensor above the oil filter in the block

what dick i tryed putting it in the wrong hole theres an empty hole above the ops hole for some tranny piece. well never the less i paid a hundred for the tow and 200 hundred to have my sensor put in the right hole have my oil changed have my cat removed and straighten my exhaust that the tow truck bent. and this shop is my good buddy. tells ya what he though of me
