for 500 bucks canadian it sounds like a deal and a half but beware, from all of my experiences if it sounds too good to be true it probably is. Since your in canada how badly rusted is the thing? if theres some body rust its not too bad because that stuff can be replaced but if the frame is all rusted out i wouldnt buy it. the thing would still be okay but usually if you take the time to find one without rust it will thank you a million times over. It also depends if its going to be your winter car then rust on the frame might not be that big of a deal. Either way if its a good car itd definitly be worth it and then id do a rebuild, new engine, gfx etc.

BTW where in canada are you? i live just outside of toronto.

thank you for your concern but i know the seller very well (my brother in-law) which is probably why i am get such a good deal. as far as rust the frame is excelent the body has the common wheel well rust but not bad. the engine i am not sure but i also didn't know there was an option. i am contemplating putting in a 305 v8 but am unsure as to the cost since i have to pay for school room and board etc. but if it is cheap enough i might go for it.
