Cam spec card for that cam can bee found here:
http://cranecams.com/?show=browsePar...tType=camshaft
It's a fairly mild cam, little more aggressive than stock. It will work with stock components but just about anything you do to improve intake and exhaust flow will help. Headers, high flow exhaust, bigger TB, porting out the stock intake plenum, larger diameter runners, high flow baseplate, mild head porting, etc.
If you are into the motor as far as a cam swap I would SERIOUSLY consider the Scoggin Dickey Vortec Upgrade package for TPI motors. 15 years ago I would have killed for a kit like this. Higher flowing heads, matched intake, emissions legal (depending on what state you live in). Stock TPI heads don't flow very well. You can port out the stock heads/intake like crazy and still only be even with a bolt-on Vortec upgrade package. Call their tech guys and ask some questions. It may be what you're looking for, of it may not.
Worst case, you can still bolt all your stock stuff onto the motor and that cam will still work with it and make a bit more power than stock.
