Paxton SN-93 Supercharger help.
Hey everyone. New guy here. Gotta a quick question. I'm getting ready to pick up a SN-93 Charger for 88-92 Camaro relatively soon. I have an 87 IROC 305 TPI with V-belt system. My question is, would there be a way to hook it up to the V-belt system? If not, I'll just convert over to the serpentine set-up. Thanks in advance.

Re: Paxton SN-93 Supercharger help.
If I am not mistaken, the V-belt pulley on the blower uses three belts. I would try to find the correct pulley (upper and lower) for your set up. Converting over may cost more than its worth.
You might try calling Paradise Wheels in California. They currently service the Paxton ball drive (SN Series) blowers. Paxton no longer makes or services them. Ask for Craig...he can answer all your questions.
Does your set up have the oil cooler? These blowers run very hot and have been known to eat bearings. I have had mine rebuilt twice already.
You can also try www.thirdgen.org
Look in the Supercharger section. Do a search for Paradise Wheels or Paxton SN93.
Hope this helps,
Frat

Re: Paxton SN-93 Supercharger help.
No offense to anyone.....
IMHO the Paxton SN series is junk. Yeah, I have one and if i where to do it all over again I would be getting a Procharger.
The SN series run very hot and are not at all efficient. Its a good supercharger to learn with, but there are better out there.
