Bone stock on a rebuilt 305 Tuned Port engine, M5 tranny, with bad EGR valve ran a 9.98 @ 74 spinning the snot out of the tire(no posi) and 60'ing at 2.3. I think this is pretty good for a 209K mile old car with street tires and no posi, I nailed the 2-3 which makes me feel good. This was my best run of the night, and it was in a negative DA, but it was quite humid out. What do ya'll think?

If you can get traction you should see low-mid 14's at 93-95. As is that equates to a 15 second ET. Overall not that bad.

Yeah, with that trap speed it has the power for a low 14, but with this darned non-limited slip rear, street tires, and sub-par track prep, there was no traction to be had... Oh well, the Posi goes in this weekend or next, and there are a set of ET/Streets in the garage...

not a bad trap speed.
My bone stock formula with 110K miles on it runs a 9.99 @ 68mph with a 2.1 60'.

My 86 Trans Am with the LG4 5 speed and 120K miles was running 9.58 @ 73.11 in the 1/8th with a 2.1 60'

It's great you're gettin a posi in, but I'd be weary about the ET streets. Just find a nice sticky street tire. Get that 60' below 2.0 and you've got yourself a nice timeslip

Good luck

Yeah, I don't intend on any 5K dumps or anything, but at least I can probably make 1 run down the track. The ET Streets are really for my other car...I'm more likely to just get a set of Nitto DR's than do that.
