Rear Disc Brakes/ Lines Frozen

Alright well my car was sitting for bout 8 months with dirty i mean DIRTY brake fluid that a dumb *** go to house mechanic installed which caused my brakes not to work and car to sit for so long. Well i recently brought the iroc back to life blead the brake system, or tried but the rear brakes now have no fluid going back there. i drive the car so im braking n stuff, but i dont know how to get fluid to get back there and bring my rear brakes back to life. Any help?

You try bleeding them? If not try it.

Replace the flex line to the rear and reflush the system.
