running remote solenoid

not sure if maybe this should be in advanced

im trying to install hooker long tubes, i have a mini-starter but the position i need to put the starter in to clear the headers, the solenoid is in the way, and if i rotate the solenoid into a better spot the starter doesnt clear the headers anymore

how complicated is it to run a remote solenoid?

the solenoid has to be on the starter, a remote still uses it

What kind of mini-starter are you using? Several different brands fit fine, as do the LT1 style and later 4.3L starters...
