What color smoke? From the exhaust pipes I assume? Blue = Oil and White = Water

an excess of water in the exhaust would point to a possible blown head gasket.

I know its not a head gasket, it only smokes for like 2 seconds only when started, my antifreeze never went down, I think its supposed to smoke a little bit , like condensation or something. Usually only one head gasket would go bad first and both sides are smoking the same amount. And the motor was recently rebuilt.

Iv posted this like tons of times, but see if this looks like your car:

ftp://68.1.231.79/smoke.avi

This is what mine does, although its not as bad now that I put in some treatment (which made my oil pressure SKY ROCKET...)

Scoggin Dickey is working on my car right now, trying to figure out why the car runs rich (and gives a very nasty fuel smell causing migranes).

Don't forget most exhaust has a Y-pipe so all the exhaust is then running through one pipe into the muffler which THEN goes into two. So even if it was one head gasket it would be coming out of both pipes. That is, of course, unless you have true duals...

Which I would love to have. Not sure if there is enough room.

Before I bought my car from my uncle it would do the same thing. every time they would start the car alot of white some would come out but just when it strated. I'm not sure but I think it was the valve seals. they sent the heads to a machine shop and fixed them. I think they said it was becuase they overheated the car and they burned. now that I have the car it never smoked again.

Valve seals would be blue smoke.

I just saw your video and my car used to do the same thing when it would start. Has your car ever over heated.

How long has it been going on? How has the weather been? If it's been humid/misty/rainy maybe it's just condensing in the pipes? I'm clueless....

its been raining alot, i think its just normal condensation, I know its not a head gasket, I've had to change them before and I know its not oil, my auto teacher said once its normal to have a little water in the exhaust.
