Post Spohn torque arm problem

Hey guys i just bought a spohn torque arm and put it in my car (1986 trans am 4l60e tranny and ford 9 inch rear). When ever the car goes over 3000 rpm there is a crazy vibration. I know its not the drive shaft because i bought a new one that was completely balanced. Has anyone done this? or heard of anything like it.
Thanks

everything is tightened good on the torque arm like all the lock down and adjuster nuts? make sure the front torque arm to crossmember bolt is real tight. what all did you change before the vibe came on?

The only thing i replaced was the torque arm. Thats when the vibration started. everything is tight. i think it might be the solid metal bushing that holds the arm to the front tranny crossmember.

Very possible. That's why they call it a race version The steet version has poly bushings if i'm remembering right. Goodluck

No guarentee even a new driveshaft balanced can be wrong. I had a buddy with one (new) that still vibrated like crazy. He swapped my old '86 stock shaft in and no vibration. he got his money back for the new shaft.

I think they tried to "shaft' him.
