tbi differences
I was just wondering...what differences between TBI and TPI are there other than induction? Is there anything that really makes a TPI THAT much better than a TBI? Just curious, thanks for any info...

Bosch Platinum 4+ plugs

Cragar S/S wheels-just so I could negate any speed I may have gained

The TPI computer is better, 8 injectors (one at each port) is better than 2 injectors, the TPI cam is better, and most TPIs have better rear end gears and posi. Not to mention the aftermarket support is much better for TPI. There are many many TPI cars in the 13's and faster. There are very few TBI cars in the 14's even.

It depends what year tpi you get. In the later tpi car they got different exhost manafolds than the tbi cars. The tpi cars make alot more torque than the tbi also. I got dyno graphs on the link in my sig of when my car was running tbi and tpi.
