Smile Torque Specs please

Guys.. I am in the middle of putting my 305 back together, but I dont have the freaking torque specs, lol.
I need ALL of them. Any help?

All readings in ft. Ibs.

Cylinder Head 68
Main Bearings 77
Rod Bearings 45
Crankshaft Damper 70
Flywheel 75
Intake Manifold 35

What abou the oil pan, oil pump, and headers/exhaust manny's, and carb?

Oil Pan- 5/16 stud- 10 inch lbs, 5/16 nut- 15 ft lbs, 1/4*20 bolt-90 inch lbs
Oil Pump- 70 ft lbs
Ex. Manifold- Outer- 26 ft lbs, Inner- 32 ft lbs

i got these from the chiltons manual
