Tremec 3550

I'm looking to get a Tremec 3550 to put in my 86 Camaro, but I have a few questions first.

Where should I purchase it from? I live in South East, Washington near Spokane. I would like something close so I don't have topay a crap load in shipping, maybe even pick it up myself. If you can't think of any place near me just throw out some ideas because I'm having problems finding one that I would feel comfortable buying with my credit card... if ya know what I mean.

Next I found a kit the other night that replaces the stock crossmember and torsion bar in third gens, completely bolt-on. Anyone seen this because I can't remeber where I saw it?

ok Lastly I will need a new bellhouse and clutch/pressure plate. What type and where?

3550 going in my car this weekend

check the drivetrain forum at thirdgen.org

http://www.thirdgen.org/techbb2/foru...?s=&forumid=19

A few people over there have done it.

Your really not going to beat the price at
http://www.fortesparts.com/tremec/tr3550.html

Comes with the adapter plate, trans yoke and misc parts.

It will use the same clutch/pp as existing trans.
