V6 to TPI 350 swap

I am putting an '86 TPI In a 92 camaro. The TPI came out of an 86 TA. When I bought the motor and trans I also got the cpu and harness w/ it. Will that harness work with my gauges in my 92 camaro that I am pulling a 3.1 out of?

If both cars had similar gage packages, it might...You might however have to see if the bulkhead connector on the drivers side has the same "pin-out"as the one being replaced. If not, you'll have to move some wires in the main connector.
***A tool is available to pop the wire ends out of the main connector without damage, so you can rearange the "pin-out" of the harness to match the car.(So when connected all of the wires of the harness will meet the correct wires of the car.)**
((The tool looks like a small screwdriver, except it's round and hollow..))

v6 to tpi swap

I was told that the guages in the ta was totaly different than the camaro and that I would need a cpu and harness out of a tpi camaro.
