I'm sure someone will correct me if i'm wrong but the only thing needed to put a 6-71 blower onto an LT1 is a SBC styled intake.

What i'm saying is, I don't know if it would be more expensive to swap to an SBC or to convert a SBC intake to work on your LT1.

Is there any reason you want to do away with the LT1?

i believe there is a "hybrid" blower made for LT1s now, and it is roots style
believe its magnuson blowers or something?
