Lightbulb Help with heads and cam for 383

Since there are so many knowledgeable people on this board, help me out with this dilemna. I have a forged 383 assembled in my garage. the stock heads have a competition valve job, ferrea valves, and strong springs, but are not yet bolted to the block. I am thinking of using a Lunati hyd. roller cam with the following specs. Duration Int. 242 exh. 252, 110 LSA with 560 I/576 E lift w/1.6 RR. I plan on using a 58mm TB, and a 2800 TCI stall TC. OBD1 PCMforless programming. My question is this should i do more work with the heads (porting, polishing) I plan on having the intake and heads port matched. but already have the heads assembled. Will porting them make a significant power increase? I am trying to keep the car as streetable as possible, But want as much power as I can get out of this. What do you guys think? all help is really appreciated.
