changing badges!!

I figured I would get more attention by making my own thread than using the other guys to piggy back on. so here goes. I want those Mastach z06 style z28 emblems on my z28! they give a pic in the other thread about brents z06 style ones. But when I take off my old emblem will there be a darker spot or any marks left???? how hard is it to do an emblem swap???? and last do you think these emblems would look good on a purple pearl??? thanks

It's not hard to take off the emblems. The emblems are attached by double-sided tape. I used dental floss to get between the emblem and the glue. Use adhesive remover (found at places like Auto Zone) to get the glue off. A hair dryer helps to warm the glue and makes it easier to remove. You shouldn't be left with any marks.

Yeah, it should not be too hard at all.

when installing the new badges, compound the area so the 3m adhesive will adhere to the surface(comes with the mastach badges). Also, I recommend to use a level when installing the new badges for perfect alignment.
