Convertible top labor charge

I just ordered a new canvas top for my 94Z and I want to get it professionally installed. What's a fair price to pay for the labor, since I've got the materials. This is for the top piece only, no back glass. I was thinking $500 seems right, but I'm not sure. Thanks.

Re: Convertible top labor charge

I paid $500 for the top and rear glass (the good top not the cheap one) and then $500 for the removal of the old and install of the new one. I was very happy with that since from what I was seeing, the top alone with rear glass was around $1000 so I was more than happy with paying $1000 for the total job
