Got my Mecham tips ON today, finally! (pics)
Good lord, these things are huge. I'm thinking they're too big. They're 7.5" x 3" ovals. Anyone put them on their car and have some more pictures? Cuz damn they're big!
Picture of the tips compared to stock and a $ bill
Also have to get some adapters to put them on, the GMMG has 2.5" exits I think and these are 3" inlets, which I hope doesn't look goofy in of itself.
For those who don't know what I'm talking about...

I hope you're right, I don't want it to look overdone
Should an auto parts store have the right adapters? I was thinking if they didn't that I got go to home depot and maybe get a 2.5" PVC rubber fitting that has a nice thick sidewall, and use it as a spacer of sorts

If your planning on clamping those on and you had those stock tips on before.
It will not work the tips are off set and your new tips won't center.
But auto zone should have what your looking for...

Re: Got my Mecham tips today
Ok, so now they're all on and fitted correctly. I got the stock hangers from the dealer so the GMMG exhaust sits correctly, and the tips are on with some adapters from an auto parts place (they had to order them, cost my 14 bucks a piece, just for some adapters!) Here are pictures tell me what you think:

The tips do change the sound a little bit, i think it makes it a tad bit louder, especially during mild acceleration.

Re: Got my Mecham tips today
those are the best looking single outlet tips i've seen so far. they really fill out the rear. i love my b&b quads, but if i was going to switch to a single outlet tip i'd get those.
